Embodied learning in community
Group Experiences and Workshops
Senses offers private group experiences and educational community workshops designed to support emotional health through shared embodied practice.
While individual work provides personalized depth, group spaces allow regulation and awareness to unfold within community.
Through movement, breath, rhythm, and relational presence, participants explore the body’s natural capacity for balance and resilience.
These experiences are grounded in the same trauma-informed foundation that shapes our private practice, thoughtfully adapted for communal learning environments.

Our Approach
Private group experiences at Senses bring together learning and embodied exploration.
Each offering integrates foundational understanding of the nervous system with guided practices that support awareness, regulation, and emotional wellbeing.
Within these spaces, participants are invited to explore somatic and breath-based practices, deepen awareness of their internal experience, and reflect on how these patterns show up in everyday life and relationships.
The pace is intentional and supportive.
Rather than pushing toward intensity or performance, the work emphasizes curiosity, regulation, and gradual integration.
Understanding the nervous system can bring clarity. Experiencing regulation builds trust.
Both are part of the learning process.
Who These Spaces are For:

Group offerings may be supportive for individuals who:
• Want embodied tools for stress and emotional regulation
• Are curious about somatic practice in a supportive environment
• Value both learning and lived experience
• Seek community spaces that feel grounded, steady, and thoughtful
All group experiences are facilitated with trauma-informed care and professional structure, creating environments where participants can explore embodied practice with clarity and support.
The Intention
Group work at Senses creates spaces where emotional health is both understood and practiced. Participants leave with language for their experience — and embodied tools they can carry into daily life.
Within these environments, community becomes a source of steadiness, rhythm, and shared capacity.
