Refund Policy for SENSES: A Somatic Experience

At SENSES: A Somatic Experience, we strive to provide exceptional somatic classes, workshops, and sessions. This Refund Policy applies to bookings made through www.sensesbaja.com.

 

1. Cancellations by Clients

• Single Session Bookings:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling credit.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability.

• Pricing Plans/Packages:

  • Plans are non-refundable after purchase, except within 1 business day of purchase if no credits have been used.

  • Unused credits may be transferred to another service with our approval, subject to expiration dates.

• To cancel, contact us via [insert email, e.g., info@sensesbaja.com] or manage your booking in the Wix Bookings client area.

2. Cancellations by SENSES

• If we cancel a session (e.g., due to instructor unavailability or unforeseen events), clients will receive a full refund or rescheduling credit, at their choice.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

3. No-Shows

• Clients who fail to attend a session without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.

4. Refunds for Online Payments

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

• If paying by (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) any refund will be less fees charged by card service providers (e.g., transaction or processing fees).

• Partial refunds may apply for partially used pricing plans, calculated based on unused credits.

5. Exceptions

• In case of serious illness or emergency, contact us to discuss refund or credit options. Documentation may be required.

• Refunds beyond this policy are at our discretion.
