Trauma often lives in the body as incomplete responses - held tension, restricted breath, frozen patterns, or habitual guarding.

While insight and understanding are important, the nervous system also needs experiences of safe movement to reorganize and restore regulation.

Trauma-informed movement supports the body in gently completing what was once interrupted.

When movement is slow, intentional and choice-based, it allows activation to shift without overwhelm, helping the nervous system distinguish between past threat and present safety.

Through embodied movement, individuals can rebuild agency, expand tolerance for sensation and emotion, and reestablish a sense of coherence within the body.

Danielle, our founder, is a somatic practitioner specializing in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Transformational Breathwork.

She brings over a decade of lived experience in addiction and trauma recovery, holding space with compassion and deep reverence for the body’s wisdom.

Danielle, our founder, is a somatic practitioner specializing in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Transformational Breathwork.
