What is somatic therapy
The body carries both the imprint of lived experience and the innate capacity for healing.
Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to trauma recovery that works with the understanding that the body holds both the imprint of lived experience and the capacity for healing.
Many of the patterns that shape how we navigate the world exist beyond conscious awareness. They are reflected in the nervous system, in emotional responses, in impulses, movement, posture, sensation, and patterns of connection and protection that develop over time.
In session, these experiences are explored through embodied awareness, nervous system education, movement, breathwork, parts work, relational healing, and somatic inquiry.
The intention is not to fix symptoms or override protective strategies. It is to develop a deeper understanding of the body's experience and the adaptive patterns that have shaped a person's life.
Through this process, individuals often develop greater emotional capacity, increased flexibility within the nervous system, and a more connected relationship with themselves and others.

90-Minute Somatic Therapy Sessions
One-on-one somatic therapy offers a dedicated space to explore experience through the lens of the body, emotions, and nervous system.
Sessions are collaborative, trauma-informed, and guided with care for each individual's unique history, capacity, and process. Together, attention is given to the patterns, emotions, and nervous system responses that may be shaping present-day experience.
Through somatic inquiry and relational support, individuals develop greater awareness of their internal world, strengthening their capacity for regulation, emotional integration, and connection to self.
Available in-person in Los Cabos.
Couples Somatic Therapy
Couples somatic therapy offers a dedicated space to explore relationship through the lens of the body, emotions, and nervous system.
Grounded in somatic psychology and trauma-informed care, sessions support couples in developing greater awareness of the relational patterns, emotional responses, and nervous system dynamics that shape how they connect with one another.
Through embodied exploration and attuned support, couples cultivate greater emotional awareness, communication, and capacity for connection. The work creates opportunities for deeper understanding, repair, and more compassionate ways of relating.

Immersive Somatic Therapy Containers
Our private immersions are designed for those seeking a more intentional and immersive approach to healing and personal transformation.
Created for individuals, couples, and intimate groups, these multi-day experiences provide the time, space, and dedicated support needed to engage more deeply with the therapeutic process. Removed from the demands of everyday life, participants are invited into an environment that supports reflection, restoration, emotional integration, and meaningful change.
Each immersion is thoughtfully tailored and guided through a trauma-informed, somatic approach that honors the unique needs, intentions, and pace of every individual.
Available as private 2–4 day immersive experiences in Los Cabos.
