After years of physical pain and doctors who can find nothing wrong, I received relief from my work with Danielle. Through her knowledgeable and supportive direction, I came back into my body and released the traumas that were causing havoc physically and emotionally.
The work we did in session and the integration between sessions has brought me back to me.
I am grateful for Danielle's compassionate guidance and am now actively choosing the healthy, happy life I deserve.

Emotional Wellbeing Begins in the Body

At Senses, we believe emotional wellbeing begins in the body.

In a culture shaped by speed, productivity, and chronic stress, many people begin to lose connection with the body’s subtle

language — sensation, breath, and the signals that support balance and resilience.

Experiences such as trauma, burnout, and life transitions leave lasting imprints within the nervous system, shaping how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.

Somatic work restores connection by bringing attention back to the body’s lived experience — breath, sensation, movement, rhythm, and nervous system response.

When the body feels supported and safe enough to soften, space opens for greater clarity, emotional integration, and a more grounded sense of wellbeing.

A Body-Centered Path to Healing

Our Work

Our work brings together somatic therapy, embodied practice, and immersive experiences designed to support emotional health, nervous system care, and embodied wellbeing.

Somatic Therapy

At the heart of Senses is one-to-one

somatic work.

Private sessions and intensive containers offer individualized support for experiences such as trauma recovery, addiction recovery, burnout, chronic stress, life transitions, and the patterns that shape our emotional and relational lives.

These sessions are collaborative and body-centered, drawing from somatic psychology, nervous system awareness, and embodied presence.

The work unfolds slowly and relationally — grounded in curiosity, care, and the understanding that meaningful change emerges through compassionate presence rather than performance.

Group Experiences & Workshops

Our studio is an essential expression of the Senses practice.

Through embodied movement, somatic experiences, transformational breathwork, and educational workshops, Senses offers accessible pathways into embodied wellbeing.

These gatherings are not performance-driven classes, but supportive environments where individuals can explore regulation, deepen emotional awareness, and cultivate a more attuned relationship with the body.

Within this shared space, community becomes part of the healing process.

Somatic Immersions & Retreats

Some forms of healing require continuity.

Senses offers multi-day immersions and retreat experiences designed to support deeper transformation and integration.

These experiences create extended space for individuals, couples, families, and leadership groups to slow down, deepen awareness, and explore meaningful shifts in emotional wellbeing.

These immersions weave together somatic psychology, neuropsychological insight, embodied practice, relational

process, and ancient wisdom traditions.

Within the continuity of shared experience, participants are supported in reconnecting with themselves, with one another, and with the deeper intelligence of the body.

Why This Work Matters

Emotional health is becoming increasingly essential.

In a world shaped by speed, stimulation, and collective stress, the capacity to regulate, reconnect, and remain present within our bodies has become foundational to resilience, leadership, and meaningful connection.

Senses’ mission is to support this shift — by placing the body back at the center of wellbeing.

Through individual care, immersive experiences, and collaborative partnerships, the work of Senses continues to explore how embodied awareness can support deeper emotional wellbeing.

The body holds the story.

It also holds the wisdom for healing.

Meet Danielle

Our Founder

Danielle’s work is devoted to emotional health, trauma-informed care, and the body’s innate capacity for healing and restoration.

Drawing from somatic trauma therapy, embodiment practices, and nervous system awareness, Danielle creates spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves through presence, sensation, and embodied awareness.

Her approach is shaped by both lived experience and professional practice. With over a decade of personal experience in trauma and addiction recovery, Danielle brings a depth of understanding that is both grounded and deeply human.

Her lived perspective, alongside extensive professional training in somatic and embodied modalities, informs a way of working that is relational, compassionate, and attuned to the intelligence of the body.

Through Senses, Danielle has developed a practice that bridges individual sessions, group experiences, immersive retreats, and luxury hospitality collaborations — all rooted in a shared commitment to emotional wellbeing and embodied healing.
